Terms of Service

Wild Clash is a free card game made by Inovit BD. By playing it — in a browser or in the Android app — you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not play.

Your account

There is no email and no password: a nickname and an avatar are the whole account, and the login token stored on your device is what identifies you. Keep it safe. If you clear your browser storage or uninstall the app without connecting Google Play, that account is gone and we cannot bring it back.

Connect a Google Play Games account and we can restore your progress on a new device. One game profile may be linked to one Google Play account.

Fair play

Play the game as it is meant to be played. Do not:

• use a modified client, a bot or an automated script to play for you;
• make extra accounts to farm gold, rating or leaderboard places against yourself;
• pick a nickname that is abusive, hateful, sexual, impersonates somebody, or that you would not want a thirteen-year-old to read;
• attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or try to reach other players' data.

Every rule and every shuffle runs on our server, so a modified client cannot change the outcome of a game — but we may still suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice.

Purchases

Premium (the Supporter Pack) and gold packs are one-time purchases handled by Google Play. They unlock cosmetic items, remove ads and add gold. Nothing you can buy changes a rule of the game or gives you an advantage at the table.

Gold and decks are a licence to use them inside Wild Clash. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not refundable except as Google Play's refund policy or your local law requires. Refunds go through Google Play, not us.

Purchases are tied to the game profile that made them. If you delete your account, they are gone unless that profile is connected to Google Play.

Ads

The game is free because of ads. Players without Premium see a full-screen ad between matches, and may choose to watch rewarded ads for gold. Ads are served by Google; see the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We run Wild Clash as well as we can, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be up, that games in progress will survive a deploy (they will not — rooms live in memory), or that it will be free of bugs. We may change, pause or close the service at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Inovit BD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the game, and our total liability is limited to what you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Wild Clash is an independent game. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mattel, Inc. UNO® is a registered trademark of Mattel, Inc. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.

Changes

If these terms change we will update the date above. Carrying on playing after a change means you accept it.
